Selfwork charges no monthly subscription. A tiered transaction fee of up to 5% is applied to each payout; the larger your monthly volume, the lower your effective rate. Your exact fee is shown in the dashboard as soon as you sign up. Onboarding, management, and setup are provided at no charge. We maintain transparency with no hidden fees for companies or withdrawal fees for contractors.
You automatically receive: ⁃ Service Contract e-signed for each assignment — signed by your company and the contractor ⁃ Consolidated Invoice (one invoice for all contractor payouts) ⁃ Payment Register, listing every contractor, amount, and currency — issued after each transfer as a confirmation of payment ⁃ Any supporting tax certificates required in your jurisdiction.
Standard KYC onboarding takes 1 business day after we receive your company documents. Enterprise accounts or special jurisdictions may take up to 3 business days.
As soon as your deposit clears and the contractor signs the Task, funds reach them within 10 minutes via instant rails (local cards, wallets, etc.). Bank wire or SWIFT routes settle on the same day or next business day, depending on the country.
Any legally allowed status is accepted: individual, sole proprietor, or incorporated entity. Selfwork classifies the payment based on the contractor’s legal status and issues the proper payout statement; contractors only need a valid ID and a payout account.
